Decades of experience is also crucial part of our expertise. Meet our managing partner Karsten Ambrosius. With 25 years of experience in design, packaging and advertising, Karsten has worked with some of the biggest names on the german market. His focus on strategic developement and brand psychology makes him a uniquely insightful partner for achieving tangible results.

His vast experience is based on cooperation with clients such as Mondeléz, Unilever, Nestlé, Metro, Bell Food Group, Tchibo, Hilcona, Zentis, Mövenpick, Edeka, Initivative Tierwohl, Reederei Cunard, Union Investment... and many others.


Martin Vlk

Managing Director Prague

Enthusiast with 15 years of experience in brand strategy on the agency side plus another 14 years in a role of marketing manager (Heineken, Savencia...). He knows both points of view and his knowledge and experience is irreplaceable.

A complex solution for building a strong brand identity of cat food. We brought a multi-range brand to life, encompassing dry, wet, and snacking options. From concept to execution, we worked closely with the client to set the values, mission, and goals to create a brand missing on market. Together, we developed a brand strategy that resonates with customers, creating an emotional connection that grabs attention and the design that combines aesthetics with functionality. Over time, Shelma has found its place in many countries across Europe, becoming the consumer's choice in the Czech market in 2023 and a bestseller in Germany. TCHIBO BARISTA

This new design development was made in a close cooperation with Tchibo Marketing Academy. The main objective was to introduce an innovative type of coffee RTD in the CEE markets. Barista was evaluated and tested as the best fitting Tchibo subbrand to be used for this NPD. High quality perception of Tchibo Barista in the region was utilized to convey rich taste credentials and was – in comparison with other regionally established subbrands – relatively easy to rejuvenate in terms of visual attractivness. Just in few weeks after launch it became a very popular in CEE region what was vice versa reflected in Barista core range sales increase as well.
